Payments by check can be mailed to PO Box 338, Carrollton, AL 35447. Please do not mail cash. Pickens County Water Authority is not responsible for payments lost in the mail.

Cash, Check & Debit/Credit Card payments can be made at our office which is located at 90 Phoenix Avenue, Carrollton, AL 35447.
